We do not stock at of the items ourselves and by placing an order through the Village Shop you are a customer of the individual shop or producer you are placing an order with. The Village Shop take no responsibility for any order dispatching and once your order has been placed we ask that you contact the supplier directly with any queries. The Village Shop is purely an agent, not a supplier.

When placing an order through the Village Shop you are agreeing to the terms and conditions between you and the partner seller. Returns
If you wish to return to product for any reason, this must meet the return conditions of the individual supplier. The Village Shop takes no responsibility for returns and will in not way be able to administer this service. You must contact the producer/supplier directly with any queries. You can contact the supplier through the fabulousplaces.co.uk website. They will also provide their contact details in an email confirmation at the time of placing an order. You legally have 28 days to cancel an order, unless you have purchased a service through this website which has been received during this period.
PLEASE NOTE: If you decide to return a product you have taken receipt of you must pay the postage and packaging to return the product. The Village Shop and the individual producer/supplier are not liable for any postage costs incurred as a result of returning a product.
You can cancel an order at any time leading up to the point when you receive a dispatch notification email. After this period you will need to return the product and you must pay any postage costs incurred.
Where the product has been produced with personalization please ensure you read the terms and conditions of the producer/supplier and the general returns policy may not apply. The following items are likely to be non-returnable and non-refundable: personalized products, earrings, toiletries, food, wine, flowers, cosmetics, bespoke products and commissioned products.
